Dearly Art is our premium physical art-and-message product. We print original children's artwork, handwrite your message with real ink, and mail it directly to your recipient.
How long does delivery take?
Most Dearly Art orders arrive within 5–7 business days. You can choose a preferred delivery date during checkout and we will ship accordingly.
What is Dearly Tree?
Dearly Tree is a $5 digital gift that plants a real tree in someone’s name. Your recipient receives a beautiful digital experience showing the species, location, and your message.
Can I send to someone without knowing their address?
Yes. During checkout you can request the recipient’s address via a secure link sent by text or email. They provide their address privately, and we handle the rest.
What is your refund policy?
Every purchase is backed by The Joy Guarantee. If your experience is anything less than extraordinary, we will refund you immediately—no questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap.
